Please allow 4 weeks excluding weekends for personalised items.
No refunds will be given on personalised items, a replacement will be made if an item is damaged, any parcels lost after being posted will be up to the delivery company to refund.
All issues with items must be raised within 14 days of delivery, i will assess the issue and offer a return for a full refund/a part refund or a full refund if the item is severely damaged
