Policies

Once an order has been placed any changes to sizes,colours or designs need to be made within 24 hours, after this time no changes can be made.

Turn around times- all orders may take up to 4 weeks after the order has been placed, this does not include delivery times. As a small business everything is made custom and by a single person, we strive to get orders out asap but this is not always possible which is why the turnaround period is in place.

Refunds and returns- items will only be refunded if there is something significantly wrong with the item such as damage, if there has been a mistake on our part such as size,colour or design then a refund will only be given once an item has been returned back to us and we have inspected the item to make sure it hasn't been damaged, postage back to us will be covered in this situation.
